Morning gratitude became late afternoon gratitude today. I guess it happens that you do not always go with your plans.
I was really looking forward to lunch today with a friend. Long time since seeing her. And she is a wonderful person.
Today the weather is not typically Londonish.
Warm. Sunny. Fresh.
Just a lovely day. A day which you do not want to spend inside.
I took advantage of it and I rode the bicycle to my lunch date. About 35 minutes each way. Just a perfect amount of riding time for one day for me.
I am living here for a bit already, but finally today I realized just how much and how crazy traffic is in this city. Especially around Big Ben. Wow! It blew my mind.
So, my gratitude goes to my the best and most faithful friend in the city ever. My Bicycle.
I simply love it! My favorite way of commuting in London.
Next would have to be a helicopter.
I really look forward to that in the nearest future. 😉
